Girls' Weekend

The boys had their annual Father-Son camping trip this summer, and Emily & I had our yearly Girls' Weekend.  We decorated the house in the theme of our favorite TV show - Dr Who - and had some friends over for a viewing of our favorite episodes.  It was so much fun!!  :)

Emily and I went to the mall, and I taught her the fun of shopping.  We tried on some beautiful things, and then some really ugly things that we picked out for each other.  Emily found these shoes and she couldn't wait to try them on.  She was even more excited when they fit -- Women's Size 7.  When did she get big enough to wear women's shoes?  And check out those heels -- I'm not ready for this!!

Lunch at Chik-fil-A.

Emily had her very first sewing lesson on the machine.  She did great!!  :)

And we finished the weekend with a movie at one of our favorite theaters.  

She's a sweet girl and we had a great weekend!!  :)
