Fun with Nana & Papa

Nelson and I went out of town for a night, so the kids had a party with Nana and Papa.  It was lovely having them here and Alex is still asking when Papa will come back again!  :)

Nelson and I brought back some chocolate-covered oreos that were decorated as a turtle and a ladybug.  They were so pretty, but that didn't slow down the kids at all from eating them!  :)

Alex's kindergarten class has a stuffed pet penguin named Waddles.  The kids take turns taking him home and then they journal about their time together.  Waddles was able to come home while Nana and Papa were here and we had a great time with him!  :)
