Still not so sure about this swimming thing . . .

Here are some pictures of Emily at this week's playdate -- she enjoyed watching the kids play in the pool and run down the slip-n-slide, but she wasn't sure about doing it herself! She really hated the slip-n-slide's "jaw-mouth" that would go up and down with the water pressure -- she would scream everytime it went down onto the slip-n-slide. Poor little thing!! :{

Weekend In Michigan

We went up to Michigan this weekend and stayed with Ben Kaminsky's parents, Dan & Donita. Ben and Laura were obviously there and Ben Carpenter came over on Sunday. We had a great time at the lake and enjoyed seeing Emily's first time in the water. She didn't like it much at first, but really took to it later -- as you can see! And she got her first taste of sand -- she didn't like it much! :) But she sure did love the paddle-boat ride!
