First Steps!!!

Emily took her first steps today. She was holding onto my hands (like in this video) and then let go, took 1.5 steps, and fell onto the kitchen floor. We are very proud and excited! :)

Standing Alone

That's right -- Emily stood on her own yesterday for about 15 seconds without holding onto anything. You could tell that she wasn't real sure of herself but she did it. And you should have heard us cheering her on and clapping -- you'd think she'd won the Nobel Prize!! ;)
