Alex is 4 Months Old
Alex turned 4 months old this weekend while we were in Michigan visiting Ben & Laura & Isobel. We all had a great time and Alex and Isobel were quite taken with each other -- they kept smiling and flirting -- could there be a future there?? ;)
Alex is doing really well. One bottom tooth is in and the second one is breaking through as I write this. He was sleeping 12 hours a night (from 7pm-7am) but since he started teething he's been waking up in the middle of the night again. Actually, he rolls over from his belly onto his back in the crib and then he can't get back onto his belly to go back to sleep. So, we go in and flip him over and he goes right back to sleep. Of course we haven't actually seen him roll over yet -- he's a sneaky little guy! :)
Here is Emily racing on Ben's steering wheel! She had such a great time that she would only let Nelson shift for her -- he never got a chance to play! :)
And here is a picture of Alex with Uncle Ben. Ben believes that Emily calling Alex "Ax" is a sign of his true-calling -- a drummer (that's a great rocker-name, isn't it?). So, here is Ben giving Alex his first lesson! :)
Emily loved Bel! So much so that she started calling Ben & Laura "Bel" as well -- what a crazy girl! :)

What a Big Guy!
That's right, Alex is getting his first teeth (the two bottom front ones). You can kind of see one of them in the picture below. He's definitely not himself lately, but that's to be understood!
And you can kind of tell in this first picture that his hair is looking more red than it has before -- we might have a red-head afterall!! :)

Mini-Lewis Reunion
We had a mini-Lewis reunion this weekend with Nathan (and his family) and Krissy (and her family). We had a great time, as you can see! :)
This is Shelby, Alex, Brennan, and Colesy. We tried to get Emily in the picture, but she wasn't cooperating! :)
Here are the two brothers with their boys -- aren't they cute?! :)
Alex has a good time in his jumper, but he might still be a bit too small to truly enjoy it! :)
Two cousins only 10 days apart -- the best of buds! :)
Emily with her Uncle Matt -- she just crawled up onto his lap and snuggled in. It was really cute!!! :)
Shelby just couldn't wait to hold or feed Alex! It's too bad they live so far away -- she'd be a great babysitter in a few years! :)
We were comparing the boys and how much bigger around Alex is -- but aren't they cute together?! :)

Row, Row, Row Your Boat
Mom was trying to soothe the two babies and entertain Emily at the same time -- not an easy task!! :) (Notice their absolutely adorable Packer outfits?!)

Safe & Sound in Wisconsin
That's right -- we're in Wisconsin visiting my parents and family. We got here last Saturday and are leaving in a few more days. We are having a blast and enjoying our time together! My sister was able to fly up with her daughter, Ava, and we all got to meet each other. Ava is 6 weeks older than Alex but as you can tell from the pictures, as tad smaller. Alex is quite the tank in comparison!! :)
We were able to go to Rochester and see my Aunt Faith & Uncle Lyle. We had a wonderful time -- thank you guys for having us!! I'm so glad you could meet our little ones! :)
Mom and Emily had a tea party today -- Emily was quite the little lady and she had a wonderful time! :)
The 3 cousins -- aren't they cute together?! :)
Alex with Great-Grandma Clouse.
Faith holding Ava and Lyle holding Alex -- all four of them bonded! :)
Sisters and their babies!!! :)
Alex and Ava -- forever cousins! :)
